The theme of the competition is determined, Osteoporosis. I am very happy to join and participate in the contest about this wonderful topic. As there are several questions in the contest, I am going to participate in the contest through several questions. Also, people who have fractured bones and take excessive medications are more likely to develop osteoporosis. That is, it is a calcium channel disease.

  • It is very important to keep our hard work in mind. We can never lead an idle life and have to do some hard work every day. If there is a lack of exercise, there is a possibility of this Osteoporosis disease, so we have to do some kind of exercise every day.

Moreover, you can diagnose this disease by measuring bone density to get complete accurate information about this disease. In that case, if you go to the doctor, the doctor will give you a suggestion and it is possible to diagnose the disease completely through a bone test.

It's a simple and common thing. You can protect yourself from osteoporosis if you deal with all the factors that lead to it. But still I want to repeat to you how you can control yourself from these diseases and keep yourself healthy.

  • Every day you have to do some work. A lazy lifestyle should be given up and attention should be given to physical activity.

  • Since there is a possibility of this disease due to lack of vitamins, you need to consume vegetables, fruits and calcium rich food every day. If necessary, vitamin and calcium medicines can be taken as per doctor's advice.

  • You need to use it every century before osteoporosis occurs. You should always give up smoking, alcohol, and intoxicants. Because of all these products, this disease can nest in your body. So smoking and drinking must be avoided.

Health is our wealth. If we lose our good health once then it will be our biggest mistake in life. So we have to be careful about health.
