This is an interesting topic that every of us will go through during our life time and we all wish that will be able to go all the stages of our life.
While preparing to this topic I asked my husband to create for me images of a person who he with the help of computer editing program managed to make older. Therefore, please enjoy the creation of my hubby for my post.
When we start our adult life we are about 20 years old, we just grown up and often we try to leave our home and show that we are independent. In our physical health we are in best form, our body full of energy, strong and muscles are trained. We are young and beautiful and the life seems to be endless and that stage of our life will last almost till 30-35 years. Until one day we notice that our hair becoming slightly grey and that is a first signal that tells us that we are nor superheroes not normal human and that we are stepping into the next stage of our life: mid-life.

I decided to take a mid-life because everything between has not really much difference but starting from 50 years old we notice, prominent wrinkles especially of our neck and around eyes and mouths.
What is important at this stage in order to be able to keep ourselves fit?
- do not forget that skin needs elasticity and needs moisturiser to be applied at least twice a day
- avoid direct sun, that makes our skin dry
- avoid smoking and alcohol that definitely will damage our health and that will reflect on our face
- keep yourself active, daily walking, do not use lift but stairs
- if you can then try to do fitness exercises to keep your body fit
- try to maintain your weight, do not put on weight

This is the time when we after our working career finally can take time and enjoy our deserved retirement. Maybe that is the best time to do what you always wanted to do, but you should not forget about important things to keep you active, for me I would choose following exercises:
- swimming, that is good for joints and involves all the muscles and also weightlessness helps to relax
- sauna after swimming, that is also will help to trigger your immune system after swimming
- maybe cycling at least couple of times a week
- definitely daily walking

This is another enjoyable time to experience once again childhood together with our grandchildren. It is allowed to do all crazy things and nobody will laugh at you. What this time will keep us healthy are:
- laughing and making jokes
- again regular walking with your grandchildren
- enjoy time with your family
Growing old is inevitable and hopefully we will have a lot of good moments so that we recall them later.

Hey friend once again it's so entertaining I lovely going across your article this morning, you spoke about aging very well that even they lay man who understand things to do and things not to do to avoid early aging.
I will say to you friend that's all you say are right in fact I started remembering memories I got from having a friendly relationship with my grandparent, sincerely speaking they were nice and very friendly which makes me miss them so much.

Me gustó mucho ver cómo tú esposo uso este programa para que se vieran los cambios en una persona en cada etapa de su vida.
Aunque no podemos dejar de envejecer si podemos hacer mucha para evitar que sea tan pronto o tengamos 30 años y parezca que tenemos 50
Evitar los completo o consumir menos azúcar dejaras ver un cambio increíble en la piel reduciendo considerablemente los efectos del envejecimiento.

Wrinkles are the first physical symptom of aging, without altering much words, someone else can guess the age range another person belongs. You’ve listed out helpful tips for aging process and the retirement stage is very important for an individual who has reached that stage. Aging is inevitable, we can’t cheat nature. Our responsibility is to keep ourselves healthy while growing older with time.

Honestly speaking you are looking so beautiful in your young age but you are looking not bad even after getting older and always a decent lady you are looking either I talk about at the time of retirement or at the time of becoming a grandparent and smiling walking swimming and using suana bath are one of the most effective exercises you have told for keeping our body healthy radiant and prevent early aging.

Hello friend! You beautiful explain aging concept by using different age images. Yes it's no doubt skin is very important. When a person gets old, the first thing you notice is his skin, his skin becomes wrinkled. So the steps you mentioned are very important for skin care. Best wishes for You .
