Welcome to my post I hope all your all of you good by the grace of God I am fine to alhamdulillah it's pleasure for me to hear again in week 3 in engagement challenge season 11 with my participation post as usual this week,s topic is very informative and I'm trying to share here my participation with you guys before that I would like to invite my friends @steemdoctor1 ,@deepak94,@pelon53 @stephenkendle and @suboohi to take part in fabulous theme of this week.

Yes its ture many researches and our personal experiences proof it correct,we all studies in our school life and college about that in biology we tough in cells chromosomes and genes responsible for that, diabetes,heart disease, alergy, dental issues , weight gain, color blindness in fact many disease some time gifted us by our parents or grandparent's.many disease might be possible passed to one generation to another by genes q fetus inherited from it's parents such disease like cancer, Thyroid,blood pressure oneside headache
, Diabetes colour blindness, skin cancer, breast cancer known as hereditary disease.

In my family one of the most common hereditary disease is *Diabetes unfortunately my dad ,mom , uncle,aunty and my brother faced that disease.

Well my family suffered in high blood pressure and diabetes badly even my doctor advise me to no or little intake of sugar in my daily routine because my history in my father passed away in this disease and my mom fought against since 15 years very easily she followed all precautions and , good life style health food ,proper medication made her perfect mashallah.

Well I am very healthy conscious and regular check up and healthy life style adopted since many years, regular exercise and add nutritious food avoid sugary drinks and food,I think people now very aware of all these hereditary disease.
I take health forecasts seriously because prevention is more cheaper than treatment.

Actually many things Play important role in gens changes and as all things in life depends on yes or no so we said that some are cured by medicine and treatments but some can't but hope for good one day maybe we will get all solution.many other disease like breast cancer , color blindness and heart lelated issues.
Unfortunately in Pakistan very bad health system and facilities ,rate of patents are very high people served there love once as much possible by own but very expensive medicine, treatment and lab test fees not affordable for common man they faced faced very worse situation in government please pay attention on that matter on urgent basis because life of everyone is very precious .
