Hello everyone, I hope you're all doing great without any stress. I'm thrilled to be part of this contest discussing how stress affects our health. Stress? Well, with a three-year-old tornado running around the house and the never-ending housework, stress is practically my middle name!

Does stress harm health? Absolutely! Stress is like an unwanted party guest who stays too long and smashes all the good china. It can mess up your health in so many ways, from giving you headaches that make you question your life choices to making you emotionally wobbly like a Jenga tower in a hurricane.

Next up, the dream of a stress-free life. As a mother and housewife, it's a bit like chasing a unicorn while riding a unicycle – entertaining but incredibly elusive. I've found that stress management is like endless Whack-a-Mole. It keeps showing up, but you must keep hitting it.


What activity do you do to keep yourself worry-free and stress-free? Whether it's going out, going to the gym, going to the movies, going out to visit a relative, walking, etc.

To keep my stress levels at bay,I've created super-mom methods to reduce stress. One of my favorites is going for a walk. Picture this: me, power-walking like I'm on a mission to save the world (or at least find my sanity). It might seem comical, but those moments of solitude help me reset my mental GPS and find my way back to serenity.


Another stress-buster is reading. It's like a mini-vacation for my mind, a chance to escape the endless laundry and toddler negotiations. When I'm deep into a book, I sometimes forget I'm a mom. I highly recommend it – a break from motherhood for a few pages can be pure bliss!

Now, let's talk about stress-inducing situations. If I had a dollar for every time my toddler decided to redecorate the house with chocolate pudding or crayons, I'd probably have enough for a spa day (which I desperately need). Jokes aside, balancing motherhood, household chores, and my own sanity can be a tightrope act without a safety net.


Like when my daughter got sick, there are heartstopping moments. It's emotional Russian roulette. I had my nurse, chef, and entertainer hats on simultaneously, trying to make her feel better while wondering if I'd ever get to finish a hot cup of coffee again.
But here's the thing: despite the chaos, the messes, and the unexpected curveballs, I wouldn't trade this life for anything. The laughter, the hugs, and even the temper tantrums make it all worthwhile.
In conclusion, stress is my daily companion, but I've learned to dance with it rather than fight it. It's like having a quirky roommate who occasionally drives you nuts but also brings a lot of laughter and joy. So, fellow stress warriors, remember to find your escape, embrace the chaos, and cherish those moments of craziness because, in the end, they're what makes life truly memorable and, occasionally, hilariously stressful!

Your writeup intrigues me, so so fun reading through, never noticed when i read twice, my mother read book often when she is stressed up too, It a nice take home. Reading has also been part of me especially when i about to think of a lot of things, I wave them off my path by reading. Good luck
