What do you understand by a healthy lifestyle?
A healthy lifestyle includes behaviours that promote our health and well-being, reduce diseases in the body and increase life expectancy.
Healthy behaviors are purposeful behaviors that promote our good health. Such as stress management, exercise and adequate nutrition are included.
Although the concept of healthy living is different for everyone, but in fact eating a balanced diet, exercising regularly, avoiding tobacco and drugs and getting plenty of rest is a healthy lifestyle.
Our body is like a machine that needs proteins, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins, minerals and water to function well, all of which are the fuels of human life. If their balance is disturbed then our health will deteriorate. Living a healthy lifestyle can help prevent many diseases. Feeling good about ourselves and taking care of our health is important for our self-esteem and self-image. We should adopt a healthy lifestyle by doing the right things for our body.
Write down some basic healthy lifestyle habits for better health.

For a better lifestyle and healthy lifestyle, we should avoid unhealthy foods in our diet and eat only balanced and healthy food. .
We should measure our weight from time to time. If we feel any deficiency in the body, we should take multivitamin supplements.
We should drink plenty of water and stay hydrated, and limit the intake of sweetened beverages.
We should exercise regularly and stay physically active.
We should reduce sitting and spending time in front of the screen, and get plenty of sleep. We should stay away from cigarettes, alcohol, drugs and narcotics.
Give examples of some health problems that can be easily overcome by changing our lifestyle.
Among our health problems, diabetes, high blood pressure, fatigue, thyroid, lack of iron, obesity, anxiety, etc. are the root cause of hundreds of diseases.
Adopting new, healthy habits like sleeping on time, waking up on time, exercising, eating simple and moderate food can help you avoid serious health problems like obesity and diabetes.
New habits like healthy eating and regular physical activity can also help you control your weight and have more energy. After some time, if we continue these changes, they can become part of our daily routine.
One should not get worried, overthink, take stress, etc. without any reason, one should be content and happy as much as possible.
