What is Heart Attack
Heart acts as a pump inside our body it supplies blood to our body. A heart attack occurs when the blood flow to our heart stops due to any reason and the blood does not reach our heart properly. When the blood supply inside our heart stops, our heart muscle suffers a lot of damage. A heart attack usually occurs when a blood clot forms in the arteries of our heart. One of the reasons for this is that when we eat fatty foods, our body's cholesterol increases due to them, and in addition, the substances that are present slowly accumulate in our body, which causes our hearts to swell. The supply of blood in the circulation decreases due to which a hard attack occurs. Arteries supply oxygen mixed with blood to our heart When blood clots form in our arteries Then the supply of blood and oxygen to our heart stops due to which a heart attack occurs.

I have a friend with whom this incident happened, he is about 45 years old. He used to work for a long time, after working he would drink coffee to relieve his fatigue and then start working. One day while working, he suddenly felt a little pain in his chest, but he did not pay much attention to it and went to work. Been busy with work. His chest pain gradually increased, his arms and back also started to ache and he began to sweat. He gave voice to his wife with great difficulty.
