Good luck to all my friends today I am going to start my contest hope everyone is well first of all I want to thank @mesola who organized so much state looks awesome because of the other recipes and I love to try those recipes at home today I will mention here about my favourite recipes with some questions and answers and here I am going to mention all the preparation methods hope you all will like.

Today I am going to mention the fried shrimp recipe here but let's mention all the ingredients that will be required to mention my recipe.

It is possible to prepare my recipe very easily with all these ingredients but now let's know the method of its preparation

First, peel the prawns, wash them well and clean them in a bowl,

then put them on a clean stove and add the chopped onions, onion koli and green chillies.

After a while, when the onions are fried in oil, add the washed prawns.

Then add all the masalas and keep mixing the masalas

and the prawns well in five to six minutes the prawn fry will be ready and the oil will come out of it

Today, I try to make the shrimp recipe at home anytime because shrimp has a lot of vitamins, although it is a foreign fish, in Bangladesh, shrimp is now being cultivated, especially in China, Japan, and India. But this seafood must be kept in our diet because in this shrimp we get omega -3 and get vitamins so we can keep this shrimp fish for children and this shrimp fish is very beneficial for our good health and very delicious.

✅Wellness Secrets: here you are to share your tips and tricks for maintaining physical and mental well-being even how you manage stress, self-care, and mindfulness practices.

Food with excess oil makes our body dull and sick so we should eat less mosla food and have fish in our diet almost every day of the week because it contains a lot of vitamins with this fish I also add vegetables because vegetables are also good for our body. It is also very beneficial to take daily walks and eight an hour of sleep. This will keep our brains clear and increase our interest in working. This is how we can spend our healthy days, but we must focus on food. We should avoid fried or unhealthy food outside and eat home-cooked food and of course, all of us must eat it in a healthy way and moderation.
