Assalamu Alaikum how are you all my dear friends hope you all are well and I am also in your prayers today I am here to participate in a great contest and first of all I want to thank Admin@aaliarubab who organized and presented such a beautiful contest to us for which we can participate here.

How we take care of our health and healthily spend the day today is what I will mention in today's contest and I hope you will like it and inspire others to live a healthy life but let's start.

MORNING

I woke up in the morning and prayed for Fajr and then did some housework. I like to do my housework myself and it satisfies my need for exercise.

Then the first thing I do in the morning is to mix two spoons of chia seeds with water and after 20 minutes I do eat it

because I think it is good for my vision and helps to keep my body away from various diseases then this morning

I Make a mixture by mixing egg milk and little sugar and do soak the bread in itBread toast then hot this bread toast we all ate in the family and I also fed my son.

NOON

I love to eat food cooked with different types of vegetables and I try to inculcate vegetables in my son from childhood so I try to include vegetables in his daily meals.

today I cooked egg recipe with potatoes for lunch sure I get the nutrition of a whole egg every meal and also

today I made a recipe with beans and potatoes because I tried to keep vegetables here and I think it is very beneficial for our body.

AFTERNOON

After lunch, I took a light rest and then went out for a walk in the afternoon. My son played in the field and I walked for a while. It made my body feel fresh and I was able to do my exercise..

NIGHT

Today when my husband came back home from he bought some ripe papaya and some household essentials so I cut the ripe papaya and gave it to everyone in the house. Much more effective than the egg noodles I cooked for dinner

today Cooked noodles with more eggs provide nutrition and noodles fulfil our need for rice and eating less fills up our stomachs I

had these noodles today for dinner and also by the grace of Allah we are all healthy now so we don't have any extra medicine. Not consuming and then I prepared for sleep early

because I think sleep is the main medicine for our body if we allocate a sufficient amount of sleep for our body then our body will be healthy already.
And so with a healthy routine and habits, I try to live my day and almost every day healthily and keep my family in good health.
