I want to start my blog this cold winter weather with warm greetings to everyone today. Again, this blog goes through different types of contests. Today, this diary game contest is my favorite, and I like to participate in these contests because I mention my daily activities. I will talk about today's healthy activities in this contest and tell you about my healthy routine, but today, let's see how I complete this contests from start to finish.
November is almost cold in Bangladesh, and I don't want to wake up in the morning, but I still have to get up to pray, so I wake up at six in the morning as usual. I started the day by praying in the name of Allah, and then in the morning, I started sweeping the house and boiled eggs. When done, I completed the work again, woke up my son, and then spent some time with him.
Then I fed him a boiled egg, and I also ate it. Then I fried some dalpuris in the morning today as always; if one type of food appeals to my son's taste, the father is ready to prepare different kinds of food at different times. Today, I made a puri made of dal. Other ingredients in the dal are perfect for the body, so if made with dal, it is good for the body after eating the dalpuri.
After the afternoon bath and lunch, we rested for some time, then went out in the afternoon because we needed to buy some vegetables for home today. Hence, we went out to the market in the afternoon, and we went to the market and first sat in a hotel. There was a one pizza we ordered here with ten quail eggs. An egg pizza is made, which is very delicious, and this pizza is made in different types.
We went there and waited for about 20 minutes, and then we could eat our egg pizza, which was healthy and delicious. This egg pizza is very healthy because there are quail bird eggs. Because quail bird eggs are beneficial for the body, especially for children. We all know that it is a egg that is very useful. That's why my husband and my child ate it on this day, and it was delicious. But then again, the boy said to drink water. I gave him water in a bottle of mum drinking water
, and then we went to the market to do the market as usual, and now the winter vegetables are in the market. I bought different types of vegetables, and the price was a little high, . We purchased the dal pills available in the market, and after our shopping was almost done,
we left for home with our necessities. It was too late for us to come home after shopping for these things, so we were at home; we did not eat anything special at night because we ate a lot of food outside. When we came home, I heated milk, and we all drank a glass of hot milk. There are various nutrients in the milk. It contains most, most of all, calcium, which is especially beneficial for the heart. Everyone from children to older adults should have a glass every day. stay healthy until I appear in front.
