I woke up after Adhan and prayed and read Quran Sharif today; I didn't feel like reciting Tasbih because it was freezing and there was a lot of fog outside, so again,
I got ready for sleep and woke up precisely at eight in the morning I got up and cleaned the bed Cleaned it in between room when my son woke up I brushed my son and gave him some almonds we all know how beneficial almonds are for the body that's why every day .
again I give my son wet cashew nuts in the morning then I cook in the morning today I took out the The flour was taken out. I made the bread, and we finished the morning meal with fried eggs and bread.

After taking a break for some time, I prepared to cook lunch. Today at noon, I took spinach from the fridge and cooked it. Spinach has a lot of nutrients. I made spinach bhaji today. I am giving it because this vegetable has many benefits and nutritional value.
Also, today, I made a potato base with a big fish head and significant pieces.
We all know that fish is full of meat and sugars so we should keep fish as non-vegetarian in our daily diet
and today I made potato is very beneficial for the body, especially for children many benefits to the body,
today I am tomato, carrot, cucumberMade a salad with all this which is also very good for the body and with all this I completed my lunch today,
and I think today's meal was a healthy meal for us.

Then after some light rest we went out for a walk in the afternoon and my son had many balls. When my son went to the market he made excuses the ball and we bought him the ball and he practiced playing the ball.

and we are eating it now also today I spent my whole day very healthy I think and thus every day in my food recipe and my Try to maintain everything healthy in lifestyle.
