Health Matters (04); SELF-CARE
Every single one of us seems to be busy with our lives And not all of us did get a chance to think about ourselves. If you are a working person, things might be much harder for you, because we barely get time for ourselves. Sometimes we are busy with work, sometimes with family, and sometimes with other stuff. If you are giving yourself time, then you are lucky, because not all of us have a time like this And if you can do that, then that is very amazing. And you should be proud of yourself for doing this.
How do you prioritize self-care in your daily routine?
Honestly, I didn't get enough time to think about myself, or you can say self-care, but still, whenever I do get a chance, I try to self-care myself, because that is very necessary. Most of the time I do try to focus on my physical things Because for mental things, I do daily meditation But for self-care, I exercise daily whenever I get a chance, sometimes in the morning and sometimes in the evening after I come back from my work.
What activities help you relax and unwind when you're feeling stressed?
Well, everyone has different ways to get out of stress and many people also give different kinds of advice, but whenever I am in stress, I listen to music and feel relaxed and whenever I am low stress, I exercise, this also makes a lot of difference because exercising improves the mood and sometimes I watch an anime movie or any other anime, which helps me a lot in getting out of the stress.
Why is self-care important for maintaining overall well-being?
Self-care is very important and we should also worry about it because if you are healthy yourself then only you can take care of others, if you are not healthy yourself then you cannot do anything for others and this is a very serious problem because believe me when you exist then only everything else exists, if you are not there then what is the value of everything else, so first worry about yourself then others because it is necessary to do this, sometimes you have to be selfish for your benefit.
How do you ensure you take time for yourself amidst your busy schedule?
Well, if you do a job, then it is not that easy to take time for yourself because sometimes it takes you too much time due to which all your schedule gets disrupted but believe me after a few days we all get married, but if you do not get time in the evening, then you can take out time for yourself by waking up in the morning, you can wake up early in the morning and take out time for yourself, morning time is very important because after this your whole day is in front of you if your morning is good then your day automatically goes well if your morning is not good, then your whole day goes waste.
What self-care practices have you found most beneficial for your mental health?
Well, there are a lot of things but if you keep yourself away from the things coming from social media platforms then you are happier, I have felt this, everyone has their own choice because I do not like all this drama and this pretentious life, many people are fond of doing such things, many people also like such things but I hate all these things and I avoid these things and perhaps because of this I can keep myself stressed and I will also suggest you do the same, waste less time on social media and other things, instead spend time on yourself and spend time on yourself, which will benefit you a lot.
