Firstly we say that Kidney disease arises when the kidneys are impaired and unable to effectively filter blood. It may develop into a chronic condition that deteriorates over time.

This symptom is also known as the silence killer because it brings the human system down gradually which May even lead to death if care was not taken.

Signs that reveal you may have the symptom include.
You will have to see your self urinating blood , it can also cause high blood pressure and weakness in the human system.

This are the light I can give for kidney disease.

Have you or someone you know ever experienced kidney-related issues?

Yes, I have seen someone that suffered it , basically it was my friends dad who had not falling sick since he was born , he told us that he has not been sick since he got to know something but when he felled sick he was taken to the hospital and after the doctors check up, he told us that it was kidney disease and some days the man died, that was how I saw the experience of someone with this disease.

How can we prevent and manage kidney disease?

We can prevent it by so many ways that is if they person with the disease will adhere to the instructions by the doctor, firstly by exercising regularly, showing lackadaisical attitude towards smoking and drinking of alcohol, going for check ups to see how the kidney is functioning, most especially take fruits and vegetables and lastly have enough sleep.
