DEHYDRATION

Dehydration is the lacking of water in the humans body system,this can makes the body system malfunction, it also occurs when you loses more more than you taking in ,when this happens your body system won't be able to function the way it supposed to...

In which season you are more prone to get victim of dehydration?

In Africa here we have two type of season every year,we have the rainy season and the dry season which is the summer season.

And in Africa here when it's the summer season,the weather condition is always hot ,so due to the hotness of our environment during the dry season people are always dehydrated.

During the dry season people are likely to be a victim of dehydration .

With what symptoms dehydration appears in a person and tell me primary steps to treat dehydration?

The following below are the symptoms of dehydration

Feeling thirsty
Dry lips and mouth
Urinating a yellowish smelling urine
Feeling dizzy
Urinating less than often

The following are the primary steps to treat dehydration

Drinking plenty water
Taking orals rehydration solution
Eating vegetables and fruits

With which level of severity dehydrated patient may appear?

There are so level of severity in dehydrated person can appear.

Like me when I started football training,the first day on training,i followed my team mate to jog 17 times round the field,I was so so dehydrated and it was a terrible experience,I nearly fainted if not our coach that asked someone to rush and buy pure water,then had to pure me the water on my body and the also gave some water to drink ,it was a terrible experience of my life.

Conclusion

To me dehydration can look like a very common sickness but it's can be small but mighty,so I advice friends out there to try to in water to their system to avoid dehydration
