What is Health?
Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.

Health can be said to be a state of being free from injury or illness.
Health is wealth so they say and I totally agree with that assertion. Because he has sound health and alive can have dreams and ambition, a dead man has no wishes.
So we are going to look at some of those health tips for men and women.

Let's look out some of the healthy tips a man needs to adhere to in order stay healthy:-
• Healthy diet: Eating healthy balanced diet that are rich in nutrients and low in fat.
• limit alcohol. As a man you have to limit the intake of alcohol as this is harmful to the body and it can cause liver problem and high blood pressure ; instead of alcohol consumption you can do a glass of water in between.
• Lower your stress level. Being a man doesn't make you a super being.curtail stress,and find time to relax, exercise regularly to keep you fit.
• Quit smoking: if you're a chain smoke or an addict quit it because it is very detrimental to your health, as smoking can damage your lungs and kidneys.
You can achieve that through the help of a counselor and medication.
• Exercise: Regular exercise helps you to keep fit, and it makes your system not to be prone to germs. As you are Exercising your blood is circulating and your heartbeat increased.
• Get enough sleep: I don't know why some men don't like taking nap. Sleep doesn't mean for the women folks alone,it is applicable to every gender.
• Get yourself checked.
Some health Tips for women also
• Stay dehydrated: Drink enough of liquid like, water or any fruit juice.
• Get enough sleep, this is also important to a woman. Because in the process of sleeping your body relaxes and also regained it lost energy.
• Try to loose weight: This is very important, because most women neglect their bodies immediately they give birth, they'll start accumulating fat and adding up, yeah I understand that is natural to women to add up when they give birth but please your health is very important, hit the gym to avoid obesity.
• Exercising regularly
• Reduce stress
• Be active
Almost all the points I mentioned for men are also applicable to women.
Both men and women have the same digestive system.
