Hope everyone in the hi community is healthy. We all love to eat. Be it on special days or daily. We are very vulnerable to food. But we need these foods to be nutritious. If not. Then I think it is useless to eat food. This beautiful and engaging community-organized contest has me thinking a lot. But a nutritious food recipe didn't come to mind. Today I am bringing you a delicious and healthy recipe.
💧2 packets of noodles.
💧2 eggs.
💧Salt like green chillies, onion .
💧A little oil and quantity.
I have chopped 6 green chillies and 2 small onions here with a knife.
Heat oil in a wok and fry. I have fried it with onion and pepper. With it, fry the eggs for 2 minutes.As we all know, eggs are an excellent nutrient rich food.
We all eat noodles.So we must know about the benefits of noodles.Let's know the benefits of noodles. Noodles contain carbohydrates. Which helps to increase energy in the body. The noodles are fat-free and have a healthy sugar level that can be consumed by diabetics.
Noodles are able to fulfill the nutritional needs of the body.This food contains vitamin-B and A, which are very beneficial for the brain. Eating noodles prevents digestion and reduces appetite. For these I think noodles are a nutritious food.
In the beginning this food, I used to eat sudhu. One day I thought.I will make it. But how to create? I was quite worried about it. Then I watch several videos on YouTube.On this subject.I will make it now. Give it to the people of the house.They are paying my respects.
I really like to eat these noodles. By providing different kinds of vegetables inside it, more nutrients can be increased.
