What can be done to avoid being sick, what are the tips to follow so as you can be safe and have a healthy winter.

. During winter avoid smoking because it may dry up our body it may led to sickness.
. Avoid sitting with a person that is sneezing because you may be infected and get sick.
. Always wear your shoe, cloth, face cap because the weather will be very cool even the floor we walk on and our body.
. Avoid eating cold food or drink during the period of winter.
The tips are ; during winter season stay inside and lock everywhere. And always switch off the electric fan and A. C, also wear your body protection, always warm your food before you eat. Also put on your faced mask.

What are the healthy diet, drugs or food that is been required during winter (local and artificial).

The healthy diet is warm Pam or constant, coffee tea, warm indomies, and fried egg with plantains.
Drugs ;it always causes fever so you need drugs like paracetamol, ibuprofen. Also you need to use herb and leaves to wash your body system.
Food ; such food is pepper soup, white soup, and always put pepper in your food very well pepper plantain and yam and always apply saint leaf to your food.

What kind of clothes is needed during winter.

It is very important to use those at the winter season for safety:
Thick blanket, sewn furs, polo var, suits, big geans, do quite a great job in winter as they help protect the skin from crashing.

There are many problems that come with winter those problem are :
. Asthma is one of the problem that disturp someone during the winter season
. Shivering this is constantly being cool every time it is also a problem to human during the winter season.
