What is heat stroke?
Heat stroke is one of the heat related sickness
that's usually occurs when the body can no longer control the temperature,when the sweating mechanism fails and the body will no longer control heat the situation takes place
When this heat stroke occurs the body temperature will rise rapidly to about 105°F or even more than that within 10 to 15 minutes
What are heat stroke causes?
Like I said earlier the primary cause of heat stroke is when the body is over heated as the results of prolonged heat or physical exertion in high temperature .
High blood pressure is the leading cause of heat stroke , when it damages the lining of the arteries it therefore make more susceptible to the build up of plaque as the results it narrow the arteries leading to the heart and the brain.
Write 2 preventions of heat stroke.
These are the major ways of preventing heart stroke
*The intake of plenty of water can help to prevent heat stroke because sweating helps to remove needed salt and minerals from the body
*Staying in cool indoor house,the best way to fight the heat is to stay in an air conditioned room.
**Wearing of loosened clothes and sun class also helps in preventing heat stroke.
*Talking of extra precautions in some medication also help In the prevention of heat stroke.
- Avoid staying in side a parked car will also help in the prevention.
Have you any attack of heat stroke in your life?
Heat stroke is commonly in this part the country especially this side that we are having higher temperature of sun rays but I have not experienced nor have any attack of heat stroke.
With the help of this writing and studies on this topic I will be taking necessary measures to protect my self from having it.
conclusion
In a summary heat stroke is not is not a death sentence ,it can be managed ,it can also be prevented,it is our duty to take the necessary measures to prevent it .
