Healthy life style is something that we follow as rules of our daily life and something that we set up as our routine. Therefore, depending what we do and how we live we can say that our life style is healthy or harmful for our health. Everything what we do in order to improve our health is considered to be healthy lifestyle and it is including following:
healthy eating: balanced in Vitamin and nutrients, vegetables, fruits and a lot of hydration
understandably nicotine or smoking and alcohol are both definitely harmful for our health
we need to move if we want to keep our muscles fit and be able to mobilise and be independent
In my opinion, in order to have enough energy one should have a good sleep. That is why my advice not to go to bed too late and get up early then you have enough time to complete many things during your day.
Use any moment to move around, starting from the travelling between your work and home or study place and home. The best is to walk but if you have bicycle then cycling is the best.
Two bad habits you should try not even to start, I mentioned them already: smoking, taking alcohol and drugs, bad habits are very difficult to fight against but easy to prevent.
It is clear to anyone that if someone who has early diabetes and also has overweight, it is easy to reverse with getting more and regular exercises, like walking and to limit the amount of calories. Especially reducing sugar rich stuff like sweets, cakes, chocolates soft drinks even with these measurements it will help to reduce weight and improve the sugar level.
Stopping smoking it can reduce the disease of blood vessels and decrease the risk of heart attack and stroke.
Stopping smoking it also improves the lung function, help to improve asthma and chronic lung disease.
We all know that it is easy to prevent something in early beginning then to repair it, so pay attention to your life and think about your health.
A healthy lifestyle really requires a good diet, daily exercise, drinking plenty of water, and getting about 7 hours of good sleep. It seems that many people in today's society are suffering from various diseases. In this regard, most of them are young people. Young people are more sick than old people these days. The main reason for that is the wrong practices we follow. This has adverse effects on our physical health.
Anyone who asks has some kind of illness. Headaches, backaches, arm pain, anyone has some kind of illness. Also, many people now have cancer. Now cancer is like a cold or a flu. It is so widespread. In my opinion, the main reason for that is the food we eat, smoking and drug use. So we should stay away from these bad habits.

I believe when we were young it is something we do not think much about fitness for our body and often what our parents tell us we take it like they are just teaching. But later one we realise how much truth in such words :)
