My self-care ritual includes the best way that I take care of my Healthy Hair. I know healthy hair and clean as well self-esteem. So that is the reason, I have few hair care rituals that I do on a daily basis to keep my hair healthy

Every day I comb my hair softly using wide tooth comb to not injure myself and lose hair. I make sure not to detangle wet hair though since hair is more fragile and can easily snap when wet I always massage natural oil (coconut or argan oil) onto my hair two to three times a week before bed. It secretes natural oil which helps hair stay to be moist and from getting out.

I prefer to wash my hair two to three times every week, I use a sulfate-free and paraben-free shampoo in order not to eliminate more the natural moisture of my hair. Next, I use conditioner to keep soft hair the moisture that so desperately needs replacing starting from ends coz it dry faster. Once a week, I also apply a hair mask made from natural ingredients such as aloe vera or honey to provide additional nutrition.

Also in addition to outside care I look after my diet. I eat green vegetables, weights and all nuts. Drinking enough water, as part of my regime — helps to dry up hair from within.

I try not use too much heat tools-excessive heating in my hair like an hair straighteners, hdryer. If I really have to use these products, I will use a heat protectant and let it sit before risk damage from heat. Also I cut my ends 2 to 3 months with regular trim to stop split ends from forming.

Secondly I take stress beter as hair loss is result of stress. Meditation, exercise and good sleep help in my hormones level up and also my regular hair health.

This little daily consistent routine, and have my hair tangle up healthy, strong and lively. It is not about the products used but good habits that are done regularly too in hair care.

Hair is very important part of our personal look, it support us to show our facial features, health, well-being, personal hygiene, cleanliness. I think hair care is very important, we must pay attention to it, we must invest in it, because to have silky and shiny hair, there are a many types of products in the market which can help in healthy hair, and that is also a sign of self-love.
