This weeks featured birds are an American Goldfinch and a Red-bellied Woodpecker.

I typically watch birds on Saturday and Sunday. This is my report for 20-21 November 2021.

Bird Watching Notes

Red-bellied Woodpecker

The Red-bellied Woodpecker likes to check out the peanut feeder from the safety of the Indian Magic Crabapple tree.

When the coast is clear the woodpecker swoops in to get a peanut.

After consuming the peanut the woodpecker repeats the process until having its fill of peanuts.

Nice project beautiful bird photography

Wow, this is a very beautiful colored bird, namely the American Goldfinch and the Red Belly Woodpecker. It must have been so much fun watching the bird.
