Hey guys! How are you all? I am fine and hope so you all guys are also fine and well doing here.

Well, this is a very helpful contest for all. Nowadays, its very important for us. Here I am going to share some tips with you for boosting immune system which I did few weeks ago and you know i am really happy to do this. I'm doing it daily without absent in a single day.

A. Yoga - Actually my tuition happens in morning time. So I do yoga in my garden in the morning time. I started it few weeks ago. Because few weeks ago I felt very weak. So, my mom told me to do yoga. I do yoga while watching Yaga's video. You won't believe me but I feel very energetic all the day. Since then i do it daily. Below I'm also sharing that link:

B. Healthy Breakfast - For boosting immune system I changed my diet plan. I eat some healthy breakfast every morning. Like: papaya, cucumber, some cashew, dates and almonds. It is very good for our health. It helps to boost our immune system. I really appreciate it. It really worth it. You can try it.

C. Warm water and garlic juice - I also drink garlic juice for boosting my immune system. I drank it every evening time. For this we just need 2 things;

a. Lukewarm water
b. Garlic

It's a very easy task to make its juice. We remove peel from some garlic and then crush garlic it and put it for 5 minutes.

After that, we put that crushed garlic in lukewarm water for 5-10 minutes. After that we drink it. The very easy juice ready for drink😁.
