The diary game, betterlife with steem,30 july

Hello dear steemians, how are you all? I hope you all are doing great and enjoying your life to its best.Today I am here with another diary and I hope you all get time to read and explore a new day of my life and also find it worth reading and upvoting.
Today i got up early at around 4:50AM because i felt some pain in my waist area and couldn't sleep that well throughout the night.I still remain turning sides in the bed as the pain was unbearable and i waited for sun to rise so that i could go to the clinic to get some treatment.I somehow managed to bear the pain and then i again felt asleep but i couldn't sleep for so long as i had to reach office and meanwhile the intensity of the pain had decreased and i woke up a bit relaxed and then took a shower.After that i had my breakfast and then got ready for office.I left home at around 9:25 AM ,a bit early because the boss had arranged a meeting with some techinical personalities who were to help us solve the problems we usually face while using various apps of the department.

I reached office and attended the meeting and after which i went to my room to do my work .I remained busy with my work throughout the day and meanwhile i had lunch and all.One of my colleagues was not feeling well and he was moved to the hospital where he tested positive for covid 19.After getting the test report whole of our office started some unusual movement ,some were seen carrying the sanitizer ,some talking about the contact etc.I remained calm as i knew i shook hands with him and quietly sprayed sanitizer on my hands and then remained busy with my work.

Later i left office at 4:15 PM and straightaway came to my home where i firstly took a bath and washed my clothes that i had on throughout the day.After that i sort of isolated myself and went to my room to do my studies.I later on asked for a cup of tea and continued my studies .I had my dinner at around 10:00Pm and am now going through steemit and writing this post.
