I tell you what a natural way to strengthen the immune system is found in golden milk based on curcuna and ginger,
In turn, turmeric and ginger give it its great anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effect 🤗

To prepare it we need:
💫1 cup (250ml) of vegetable milk (almond, cashew, coconut). The one you like the most!
💫1 teaspoon turmeric powder
💫1 / 2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
💫1 / 4 teaspoon ground ginger
💫1 tablespoon of honey

At your service:
💫Cinnamon powder c / n

preparation:
👩🏽‍🍳Heat the milk with the spices in a saucepan, stirring.
When it is about to boil, turn off the heat, add the honey and stir well.
Serve and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Optional:
Also add a pinch of ground nutmeg along with the rest of the spices.

They don't know how rich it is! Personally, I'm not a big fan of non-dairy milks, but I love them this way 😋
