Hello everyone this is Monz from India and today i am going to share some tips to improve or boost your immune system..

Last year as we all were suffering from the fear of the deadly corona virus we started taking precautions and each and everyone in our family was taking proper care of our body..
We also drank and eat many food and drinks to boost our immunity.... One of which was drinking of turmeric milk

BENEFITS OF TURMERIC MILK

Turmeric has antibacterial properties which helps in fighting with diseases if taken with milk it also boosts our immune system...

Turmeric milk also helps in curing cough and cold and relieves us from the tonsillitis problems.... So taken milk in cough and cold is best ...

Turmeric milk also helps in reducing several pains like headache, depression , joint pains and stomach ache during periods..

If any type of blood clots appears in the body due to hurts or any reason turmeric milk is considered the best to heal the body and helps in improving the blood flow...

So its always adviced by our grandmothers to take turmeric milk everyday or atleast thrice a week combined with some jaggery!!!!

PREPARATION OF TURMERIC MILK ....

WARM MILK WITH JAGGERY AND TURMERIC POWDER
Take a glass of warm milk add half spoon of jagvery or sugar whatever you prefer and add 2 pinch of turmeric powder to it..
