Hello and Namaste Everyone
This is my submission post on this wonderful community @secretbeauty and happy to submit my participation in the challenge.
This challenge is for BOOSTING OUR IMMUNE SYSTEM and I think that it's one of the important parts that we should not ignore at all.
This is one of the important parts these days for everyone because of the covid pandemic. It's proven that whoever has strong immunity falls less sick and able to fight the pandemic with the least health issues. Doctors advise that we should eat healthy food and continue to do physical activities. This will help to make the immunity strong and I am sharing what I do for my immunity.
Healthy Food Intake
Intake of healthy food is highly important and fruits are the best source to get more heath nutrients for us.
I eat more fruits because is it the best source of healthy nutrients. These nutrients are vital for the health and boosting the immunity system of my body. There is no gap in fruit intake and most of the time when I work on a laptop, I eat while I work. Eating fruits and reading posts on steemit is my favorite way of working. I don't eat fruits in hurry, in the same way, I don't read steemit blogs in hurry.
Like in the photo, I prefer seasonal fruits because it's always good for us to costume season fruits. This is the summer season and fruits like palapa, Muskmelon and watermelon are the best. No matter what fruit you eat, it's going to give us only health benefits if consumed in the right way and quantity.
Here is a bowl of watermelon and having it in summer not just makes us feel good and fresh but also helps to get more after intake along with it. Taste is certainly another factor that we can't ignore and a bowl of watermelon in a day is good enough to have enough energy and healthy nutrients.
Healthy Cooking
I cook food with ingredients that help to make us strong and improve immunity. Turmeric is an ingredient that is available easily at home and especially in India, we all use it for cooking. I use some increased quality of turmeric powder in cooking and this is good for the food color as well as to have more health benefits. Turmeric contains anti-inflammatory and antioxidants that are very good for better health and strong immunity.
I also use this turmeric powder with milk and milk mixed with turmeric powder is good to have after dinner. I do it for myself as well as my kid and it is helping us to stay healthy and fit.
Fitness Activities
While good eating having and a healthy intake are important but we can't deny the fact that fitness activities are equally important. These days because covid spread I am not going outside but I try to some workouts at home. Earlier I used to walk a lot and play with my kid outdoor but due to covid, I am not doing it these days.
So my house is a place where I do work workouts and I use Skipping Rope for some activities. I do use it for 15 minutes every day and it makes me feel tired this much of the time which I think is good enough. Exercise is good but we must ensure that we should not get tired a lot because then we need time to rest and I try not to rest after exercise.
I do some stretches and rope skipping in the morning. Every morning starts with fitness or count that includes yoga for some time is stretching as well as this rope skipping exercise and I do spend about 45 minutes every day. there are many things to do in the daytime but I try not to miss my schedule unless there is something urgent and even if I miss the schedule in the morning sometimes when I do it in the evening so that there is no gap with my fitness activity schedule.
Immunity is something that we can't see but we can surely feel that we are strong enough and we face health issues we rarely feel because if we are healthy inside then things like weather changes and even covid will not really make things worse. So these are the steps that I follow in my daily life and so far I am very happy with the result because I am fit healthy and I feel so energetic every day. all thanks goes to my schedule my cooking habits and eating habits that make my immunity system so strong and make me feel healthy and fit.

Watermelon is one of my most favourite fruit and yes eating healthy prevents us from many diseases...
