Hi, Friends forever, hope all is well and tuned 😂 Myself is Rakesh from India,here I am presenting my diary of yesterday.

Morning
This morning I woke up at 5 and went for walk after 1hour of walk and exercise get back and till then my father woke up too assisted him in his daily routine and we gossiped and sipped coffee together. After that went on terrace to greet my friends and watered them as it was feeding day for them I did some garden work with good organic feeds to my plants. Harvested spinach,methi sprouts and coriander leaves for chutney pic is below here

Gardening is my passion I always performs it religiously. A wonderful feeling and positive vibes develops after getting in garden, I talk every day with my plants ,two things I have realised so far in my life,you are fortunate enough if you have company of plants and a dog.
I am planning to adopt a good doggy again. Earlier in 1999 - 2000 I had a Pomeranian white female pet "Tanya"
as no pics of her available with me hence sharing from other source but same kind of this she was

can't explain my memories how cute and loving she was,my days were shining accompanying her, it was an amazing experience, we lived together atleast 18years , nostalgia of her again flashed my mind,how she was waiting for me, happy scenes are just striking me. Oof never forget. Ok guys putting off my nostalgic emotions and coming to point. After freshen up have breakfast poha and curd with oraganic jaggery. Reached office timely. Proudly I want to share our department has been selected for Ethics award for this quarter. We have connected all stakeholders as per ethics guidelines and eliminated all bad practices like sexual harrasment at work place and molestation work force by their supervisor, equal respect to everyone, gender discrimination etc. We developped a system to direct redressal of his/her grievances to our office.
It was great day for us, a meeting was called by our chief regarding it to organize a ceremony by next month, hence I started preparation for it's presentation and minutes of events, guest list etc.

Ethics should be our part of life and one should always demonstrate through his/her conduct and behaviour.
Felt hungry at 11 visited nearby pantry and bought chips which I enjoyed with tea.

Amid of rush had lunch at canteen. Back to home at 6.30 brought broccoli and capcicum with other veggies, I love broccoli soup a great taste, and real magic comes when my wife cooks it. Had little snacks over tea gossiped with friends at our friends addaa🤗 after being stres free reached home and had dinner with my father, walked few minutes and good byes to my terrace friends .

Thus I spent my yesterday.
