Hi, friends, How are you?
Today I woke up at 6 o’clock in the morning. I do my regular work of brushing and outdoor cleaning and washing in front of the gate, I use rangoli design. Then I drank lemon warm water, did some exercises and meditated for half an hour. Then I drank Women’s Horlicks. After that, I watered the plants and plucked the Hibiscus flowers. Then I cleaned the home and finished my laundry work. Then I took a shower and did the pooja.
Breakfast
I prepared Puri and Chana or chole masala.
Chana masala recipe : Overnight I soaked the chana - 2 cups, today I washed and added fresh water 3 cups, salt to taste, turmeric powder - ¼ tsp cooked for 2 vessels.
Oil - 3 tsp, Jeera - ½ tsp, onion - medium size 2, ( chopped small pieces ), all fry 5 minutes, then added to masala ( Masala : onion - big size 2, tomato - 3, garlick - 2 tsp, ginger, jeera -1 and half spoon, garam masala - ½ tsp, red chili powder - 2 tsp, coriander powder - 1 tsp, chole masala powder - 1 and half spoon ) all grinded nice paste. Cook for masala for 5 minutes, then add to cooked chana, coriander leaves, dry kasuri methi leaves - 1 tsp, and finally add fresh cream - 1 tsp.
This type of chana masala gives a very good taste and nice combination with the puri, roti, chapati etc. After breakfast, I prepared masala tea and had it. Then I washed the vessels and rested for a short time.
Lunch
I prepared buttermilk sambar, rice, and papad. After lunch, I washed the vessels and watched the TV news and some Kannada serials, then I slept for a while. Then I ordered some groceries. They take 15 minutes to deliver and groceries are very fresh also. Then I kept them in the fridge.
Snacks
I freshened up and prepared a masala tea I served with the Marie biscuits to everyone in my family, I also had it together. Then I walked for half an hour. When I came back home I did the evening pooja.
Dinner
I prepared chapati. In the afternoon, I leftover the chana masala I just reheated and used it. After dinner, I cleaned the kitchen and wrote my diary, and went to bed.
