I was waiting for new contest by @secretbeauty as this community gives us nice content to write our own views i enjoy alot while posting my diary content on this community. So i am back with my another entry for ongoing contest HOW TO BOOST YOUR IMMUNITY This is period when everyone wants their immmunity system to be strong.As coronavirus is hitting us once again and this time the effect of virus is more than last year. As last year recovery rate was high but this time recovery rate is very low it's because people immunity system has become weak and they are not able to fight against this virus.And while the countries are grappling with imminent dangers that this virus poses to humanity, there are few key measures that individuals can take to fight this pandemic. So here today i am going to share some basic remedies through which you keep your immunity system strong.
AMLA JUICE
Amla contain high amount of vitamin C which help to boost our immunity.Regular consumption of amla juice can help your body to be fit and healthy.All you need is to buy amla juice and drink it twice a day that is in the morning wuth empty stomach and then evening. Consumption of amla juice will automatically make your immunity strong and healthy.
HOW TO DRINK AMLA JUICE

TAKE 2ml of amla juice you can mix with water and then drink it or you drink amla juice without mixing it in water. amla taste sour so after drinking you will need water so keep a glass of water with yourself.
I myself used to drink this amla juice for continuous six month. Which helped me in many way in digestion and was also beneficial for my skin. Amla has many benefits if you start using it than for sure you will the effect.

If you keep the habit of drinking or eating any fruit which is rich in vitamin C. you can also add carom seeds (ajowin). that helps in digestion.
*HOW TO MAKE LEMON WATER
TAKE a lukewarm water in a glass . Add one spoon of lemon juice and then add black salt in it. mix it well and then enjoy the drink.Drinking lemon water any time is helpful. However, drinking it on an empty stomach first thing in the morning can do wonders for your immunity. So i will suggest you all to drink empty stomach.
