The first benefit of waking up early is you will have time to plan your whole day! And you will have enough time do some early morning activities that will give you a kick start for the whole day.
You can drink tea, coffee or do some exercises to immediately feel energised, which is a perfect way to start the day!

Other than that you will feel very fresh if you wake up early. Your mind will feel energetic and healthy, and your mood will also be happy happy. You will be more productive through out the day and you will get better results in everything you do. If anybody is lazy he will also get rid off his lazyness by waking up early!

You will have time for exercises or yoga or meditation, which is a wonderful way of starting a day! And if you have park near your house, you can even go out for a morning walk and enjoy the nature outside.
