Easy Contest Writing// Launching of Clubs At Freemind Center

Introduction

Another week, another contest by the #steemitphilipines community, I'm very glad for the opportunity given to me to express creativity and express my feelings for this day.

Today I remember the day I was part of the most memorable times of our lives as friends, we launched a very important club in the Freemind Center. Don't worry I will give you all the details about everything, so stay tuned and be dazzled.

To begin, the Freemind Center is a place that welcomes all young people from the ages of 13 to 24 who are seeking for a place to express their minds, to learn new skills and to pass time, it is a Presbyterian organization sponsored by foreign organizations. They carry out activities such as community sensitization about HIV, Gender Based Voilence, and Child abuse, training on life skills, quick response to Rape cases, Free HIV tests.

The event of that day was to launch these clubs of the Freemind center Health promotion clun, Arts And Drama club and the Sports club, the clubs will serve as a bridge between the Freemind Center and all the youths of Buea, we had to make it big so we took the necessary preparations such as making promotional vidoes, acting voice records and other things.

Making The Video

Making the promotional video was the hardest part of all the work, we had to stand in front of a camera with a ring light and say words following a script. This was my first time of doing such and I'm very impressed by how the actors do it so easily. I was very nervous, I had to memorize the script to the letter and say it again with actions. This was to make it seem like I had it at heart.

Making Voice Recording

When we finished with the video, we had to make voice records that would be used later in an expression video. In this case we had to visit the radio to make the voice recording and save it and later on it will be link to a short expressive video.
For this part I wasn't very nervous since I didn't have to talk in front of a Camera but this time I had to speak in a certain tone and make my vioce loud enough for the recorder to pick it up.

After that we were very ready for the event, and the day came and fortunately it went awesomely well and a great success was registered especially as we had more sign ups for our clubs. The guests were very satisfied with the information we gave them.

The event was successful and went well thanks to our friends who helped with the video and the voice recording.
