My first time to cook "Ginisang Ampalaya with Egg" and I'm happy that it's successful. We had this for supper. Thanks to my mother, she shared me the trick on how to how to conquer the acridness of bittermelon. She said to keep stirring to a minimum and do not overcook. Well, there's still a little bitterness but it's pleasantly subtle. After all, it is called bittermelon.
By the way, I still did the famous tale. I was smiling the whole time while cooking it. 😊
