Have you ever seen a cake like this? This is Lumpia-Pancit cake made by my sister-in-law (my brother’s wife) for their 20th wedding anniversary. Very Filipino isn't it? They are in other country so we are not with them to celebrate. My sister -in -law sent me this picture this morning and she said they couldn't finish it because they're only three in the house. They shared it to their friends and co -workers. I asked her permission if I could post the photo of her masterpiece so I can share it with you too.
