A blessed day steemians and isang mainit na pagbati sa lahat ng aking kababayan!

I am newbie here at steemit, as I visit different communities, I am so glad there is also this community for us, "kabayan". It is really overwhelming seeing post and reading good stories of my co-Filipinos here. And that made me very eager to be part in this community. Hoping, I would be verified as well.

Allow me to introduce first myself.

I am Francis Salazar, 35 years old, a resident of Lapu-Lapu City, married with three kids. Being a father or a parent actually is not an easy task. You have to mold carefully your children's mind and attitude so they would grow better and become responsible individuals. That is why, since most of my time, I stay at home. I make sure I spend time with my family, specially my kids with happy times yet train them as well so they would learn. I maybe sometimes strict to them but I make sure they understand it.

I am a public school teacher in junior high handling computer servicing, information and communication technology. Before I was assigned to teach in an island here in Lapu-Lapu that I had difficulty in terms of transportation that would take me 1 to 2 hours traveling, if there is a bad weather, I had to be absent at work. But thanks to God, I am now transferred to a school which is just a walking distance to our house.
I gladly take part in joining youth program like coastal cleaning, mangrove planting and spend some of my time to the youth. We had many activities before this pandemic started. But now, big changes suddenly came, but life must go on.

I am also an adventurous person, that I also go out with my co-teachers, going on for a motorcycle riding and visiting beautiful places here, discovering and embracing the beauty of nature is one of what I like to do.

I guess that would be all. I hope I will be verified so I could gladly take part in this steemit platform and be productive as they what they usually say.
