Club5050 👍 Simple but fun Mother's day celebration 5|8|2022

A day of celebrating mother's day every second Sunday of the month of May. This is actually my first celebration being a mother after giving birth for almost a year. Last year, my husband and I also celebrated but that time I was still 35 weeks pregnant.

I am so grateful to God for blessing and calling me to be a mother. All of us has its own vocation and being a mother is one of them.

Because I want to celebrate mother's day with my mother and siblings and their family, my husband bought a big cake from goldilocks that is enough for all the members of the family. He also bought food for lunch from the famous fast food in the country, Jollibee. We had a bucket of crispy fried chicken, spaghetti, and a pan of burger steak.

The family came to have some bite of the food we had and happily joined us celebrating with the most special woman in our life who did and still do a lot of sacrifices for us, our Mama. Actually, Jollibee is one of Mama's favorite food especially the crispy fried chicken. She's happy and I am happy as well.

And because my husband @steemitcebu wants to make it extra special for me, he made me choose where to eat a day before the mother's day. He wanted to bring me out for lunch to the place I wanna go.

So we went to unlimited Korean bbq located around the city. I chose this place because I always love Korean food and the restaurant looks interesting to me especially from my friends review.

The meat was really good though I didn't focus a lot in the side dish. They have 12 flavors of pork and beef meat. We didn't try all 12 but so far bulgogi flavor was the best for me.

Thank you to my family especially to my beloved husband who makes the celebration very special not just for me but to all the mothers in the family.
