The Diary Game: Are You a Plantito or a Plantita?

We're still tired at that time because we went to Balungao for the hot springs the other day, a visit to newfound friends in Umingan town, and dinner at AJ's Picnic Grove. We are initially told that we're going to a clean river early in the morning but we need more sleep.

Our newfound friends came quite late so we decided to go to their home first. Their house is in a rual area, and there are few vehicles passing. Instead of going to the clean river, we stayed at their house to rest while we wait for our friend who will bring us to Tayug Eco Park.

We are amazed when we saw the plants at our newfound friends. During the pandemic, they sold the plants below, which helped them survive the long lockdown.

There are common plants which are sold at a low price, while the rare ones are expensive. They sell at low prices compared to other stores, and prices of the rare ones ranges from Php500 to Php1,000. It is not expensive as it was during the lockdown.

We walked around their house to see more of their plants, there they go!

My wife is a plantita, and she has many plants in our yard. As much as we want to buy plants from them, it is quite far to bring home some. We have our baggages to carry when going home, and we can't afford to bring more because it will take more of our energy.

When we got home, my wife had the chance to buy plants from an expo in our town. The expo is a yearly event which is part of the programs of Pista'y Dayat or Feast of the Seas. I had shared some of the photos before, and I'll share them again below.

My wife has money so she decided to buy some, and her favorite is the rose plants which has lots of roses already. Until now, it is generously blooming a lot of flowers!
