Good day steemians!

Way back on my highschool journey, I only had chosen friends. Yes, I don't belong to a large group because I prefer to be with few friends only or sometimes alone.

And these friends of mine are still my friends today and we still keep in touch. They were the kind of friends who were genuine, true and easy to go with.

Our group of friends is compost of 5 girls and a boy. We first meet on our first year highschool. We were all classmates that time and on the next 3 years on our secondary school journey we were not anymore clssmates but the bond we made was so tight and we still catch up until today.

Last sunday, that was April 9, the eldest of the group invited us for it was her son's christening and at the same time it was her eldest' 3rd birthday. And of course, the whole "barkadas" were the Godparents.

We also consider the event as our reunion because after few years of not seeing each other, we finally meet. Unfortunately, our 2 other friends wasn't able to make it because of some reasons.

And we took some photos with our little family. Unfortunately, we haven't took a group photo with our partners and babies.

We really had a great day catching up and we remembered those old days when we were still young and we were so thin, but now we were already a little fat yet healthy😅

Having this kind of friendshis is a blessing for me because whenever I feel down and sad can always count on them. They are not just my friends but a family also. They will really offer their shoulder for you to cry on. These friends are worth to be treasure.
