It's first day of the month and it means to do our duty as a LEGIT steemian. For me, I could say that I am already a LEGIT steemian because I already had the heart to power-up unlike my few years experience that I seldom do it.

So, today let me share to you my entry for @spud4steem contest initiated by this community. And I love this contest because it always remind us to do our part and power-up.

Before I powered-up, I had 3,207sp on my wallet. And since I am aiming for something, so I had to do my part so I could reach my goal soon.

From the steem I collected from the entries I posted, contest I participated and from the delegations I delegated, I was able to collect 149sp. So, I decided to power-up 75% of it. I maintained my #club75 participation so I could easily reach my goal. And I know with perseverance and determination to write everyday, I could gather more steem and power-up again.

From the steem I powered up, I added my delegation to @steemitphcurator. From 502sp, I added 200sp on it and I now recently had 702sp delegated here.

From my almost 5 years of being a steemian, I thank God I was able to realize the value of powering-up and delegating. Powering-up helps you move and do some task in the platform. And you can get some steem when you invested your sp to the communities. Those are just some of the benefits when you do and participate power-up and delegations.
