I'm @liamnov from Cebu Philippines. Particularly I was born in Busay Cebu City. But now I was leaving in Lahug Cebu City. I'm working in the Economic Zone here in Cebu.
When my workmates decided to visit Olango Island for viewing of the different places on the island and to visit the Marine Sanctuary of the island. Since Saturday is our company holiday we have to go to the place and have to relax our minds at work.
I wake up early in the morning to be in our waiting area at exactly 6:00 am. We must ride a boat to reach the place name Olango Islands. This place has many beautiful beaches and Sanctuary to offer to its visitors. Together with my workmates, some are decided to take a bicycle to reach our destination which is the San Vicente Marine Sanctuary.
To reach the place we must pay a certain amount as an entrance fee of the area. After paying, we must listen to 5 minutes seminar by the instructor for their simple instructions about the area to be safe for our trip.
We need to watch our steps upon walking along the 420-meter bridge going to the Marine Sanctuary. We need to walk slowly because the bridge is made up only of light material. Then if we fall the water level is very high so we are not safe.
Together with my friends, workmates, and their family we happily travel along these 420-meter bridges after our beach outing in the sanctuary. We are very satisfied and happy with our outing because of the best experience in the area. The place was very beautiful that is surrounded by many mangroves that shaded the footbridge of the area. It will also beautify the place that attracts many people to go back to the place. It was the great adventure we ever experience within the day.
I'm very thankful to our Japanese staff and friend that she shoulders all the payments for our entrance fee and the table we used for our foods. Thanks for her generosity and kindness to us.
I decided to go back to the sanctuary together with my family soon when we are safe to travel again to the place I love most.
Thank you all for giving your time on reading my post. Special thanks to Steemit Philippines for this wonderful contest for us.
Best regards,
