My Biking Experiences^

Good Day!

Biking is my favorite sports. It was in my Elementary years when I learned how to ride a bike. For me, learning how to ride a bike is not easy,nandiyan yng matutumba ka, magkakaroon ka ng gasgas o sugat sa iyong katawan.But then,kahit anong mangyari babangon at babangon ka, hindi ka susuko.

Naaalala ko ng parang kahapon lng kahit ilang dekada na ang nakalipas. Kasama ko ang aking mga nakakabatang kapatid na si Toto atJunjun sa pagsasanay kung paano matutong sumakay ng bisikleta.Marami akong beses na natumba dahil hindi ako marunong mag balanse ng aking katawan. Nagkaroon din ako ng mga galos at sugat sa aking mga binti at mga braso.Pero di alintana sa akin ang gasgas at mga sugat na iyon.

Minsan nga naasar na yng mga kapatid ko sa kakaalalay sa akin dahil sa tigas ng aking katawan matagal daw akong turuan kung papano i balanse ang katawan habang nakasakay ng bisikleta. Pero di ako sumuko.Iam eager and willing to learn how to ride a bike.

Sa katatyaga nilang magturo sa akin natuto din akong mag bisikleta. And I am very happy that I can ride a bike flawlessly. Thank You for my brothers effort.

Riding a bike is a useful exercise,It is good for
cardiovascula health.It is a great way to build some physical activities in our lives,Thus, improve the overall health and fitness.

This is my buddy Mountain Bike , a 10 year old Alloy Bike which I inherited from my husband,with an upgraded 10 Speed Oil Slick Sprocket.
Personally, I love biking so much,I enjoy the feeling of the sun, the wind and the rain that touches my skin.Nakakapunta din ako/kami sa gustong naming marating.

Marikina Riverbanks-
Marikina, a first class city in the eastern part of Metro Manila. This is one of the most bike friendly cities in the Philippines.

WAWA DAM
Wawa dam is in Rodriguez, Rizal, a favorite weekend destination for Mountain Bikers based in Manila

TIMBERLAND
A Bikers destination located in San Mateo Rizal. A Bikers favorite trail.

PURAY FALLS
aka Tungtong Falls in Sitio Mabolo, Brgy. Puray, one of the remotest area in Rodriguez, Rizal Province. Favorite destination for many Mountain Bikers.

MYSTICAL CAVE
One of the Tourist Spot in Antipolo City. Located at PutingBato, Solid Cement Road, Antipolo City

LAMESA ECO PARK
Lameza Eco Park is in Fairview,Quezon City,One of the Metro's very last forests that provides a clean air in the city.A relaxing lush park in Quezon City.

SM MALL OF ASIA
Mall of Asia (MOA) A large shopping mall in the Phillippi es, located at Bay City, Pasay. Seaside boulevard is very popular for bikers around Metro Manila.

RIZAL PARK
Also known as Luneta Park or simply Luneta- isa historic urban park in Ermita, Manila.
The simplicity of riding a bike is beautiful. Magagawa mo kung saan at kailan mo gustong pumunta.

Especial THANKS to my younger brothers- Toto and Junjun sa tiyaga at suporta para matuto akong mag bisikleta. Kung di dahil sa kanila di ko na experience pumunta sa ganitong magagandang lugar gaya nito.
