Hello again steemians!how are you all?hope you are all in good health.I was not able to post my entry here in our community for a couple of day's.So,for today i would like to share with you my simple yet healthy recipe.
We pinoy love vegetables,right?especially when you get it fresh from your garden.

Lately i been eyeing our garden at pwede na siyang kuhanan nang mga "galay o talbos nang kamote"may kasabihan kasi tayo na "kapag may itinanim may aanihin"pag may tsaga kang magtanim for sure may makukuha katalagang ani,right?
TALBOS NANG KAMOTE it provide ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) and Vitamin B to the body. But it also offers other vital nutrients like Vitamin A, Vitamin K, B-Carotene, B6, Thiamine, Niacin, Zinc, Riboflavin, Iron, Folic Acid, Calcium, and Protein.

LETS BEGIN OUR RECIPE
*Cut the leaves sa talbos nang kamote.

*Put it in the boiling water for 3 minutes.

*Set it aside.

*Cut the onion,spring onion and ginger.

*After that put all the ingredients sa ating talbos nang kamote,dont forget the coconut vinegar and mix it.

*Lastly add the green chili and seasoning like salt.
