Sir/madam,

A later of appreciation and suggestions to the @steemitph community.
With all due respect sir/ma'am, I am very happy taking part in this great contest where I am opportune to free my mind and equally air out my areas of doubts and worries to the MODs of this great community so that they can see and equally make changes.

It has not been long since I join this great community of hounour and higher personels. I joined this community on December 2021 last year and I have been a verified member. Since I joined this community I have been able to learn just a lot from it and I can tell that it is one of the best community I have come across.

Saying that it is the best community is directing to the fact that they makes sure every author gets some upvote as a means of moltivation to the content produce and that's very great and encouraging to everyone even me in particular.

Not only the reason in the paragraph above. I have equally learn more on the content produce from this community and have been able to go through research in understanding a lot just because I have been a member on the community sir/ma'am.

Sir/ma'am i pleed that some atractive qualities should be added to the community to encourage more creative writing and educative post so that the community members should be able to earn through their earnings they will be able to power up and equally delegate more to the community and my suggestions will be stated In the paragraphs bellow sir/ma'am.

I will be suggesting that conditions should be given for active members who follow all the conditions should be able to recieve a booming upvote every week apart from the contest. Equally sir I I will be suggesting that best content of the week should be curated to encourage members produce the best of their best contest.

After all it's been said that one is not perfect as long as we all are humans ion sharpenate ion sir/ma'am I have worries about the community that's why I haven't been able to delegate and be active on the community. My worries are on the aspect of upvote and the types of content that are required so that they can receive a curators vote because I can say that since I join this community I have never received any booming or curators upvote which has weaken me so much making not to be that active on the community.

I will be ending here with my latter sir and I will be thankful very much if a policy is been adopted for us to receive booming vote in here every week for active members equally I am very happy as I am given the opportunity to air out my mind even if am not selected as the winner i will be happy. Once again thank you so much for this I pray to see changes soon.
