This food is called "tinuwang isda" in Bisaya. The soup is delicious, you can really taste the vegetables in this dish. The vegetables we used were onion leaves, tomato onion and spices

This photo was taken last Sunday during a bonding with my family at Isla Noah Mactan.
My older brother and I woke up early to go to the sea. We prepared our fishing gear . The way we fish is called "Gango" in Bisaya it is rocks, woods and tires that are layered in one place to make fish habitat to make fishing easier. We catch a lot more fish. And we cooked it right away.

This is an image of sea-urchin it is delicious if you mix it in rice and will make sure you are full afterwards.

While my brother was busy cooking. I went to the particular place where there are many “swaki and tuyom” or better known as sea-urchins. I cut them one by one and took the flesh one by one. I got about a bottle of them. Sea-urchins are small, spiny, and spherical sea urchins are the most common species. They reside on the sea floor since they can't swim. The hard, spiny test, or shell, is their primary defense against more nimble predators such as eels and otters.

This last image is kinilaw na isda .
Kinilaw is a raw seafood dish and preparation method native to the Philippines. It's more of a cooking method that uses vinegar or acidic fruit juices to denature the ingredients, rather than a meal, because it may be used to cook meat and vegetables as well. Kinilaw foods are typically served as appetizers or finger food before a meal.

After preparing the food we gathered all together and pray and give thanks to the goddess for the very delicious meal we about to eat . Afterwards we start eating and taste the beauty of the of the ocean.

This is how I spent my weekend with my family and all of those foods I've mention are definitely taste delicious and you will definitely be satisfied that you will be always looking for it day by day.

@znehnawalis @nhyxelhoizer @jeffgan . I invite you my friends to join this wonderful contest .
