#Club5050 | The Diary Game Season 3 (05-07-2022) | CCLEX From Our Neighborhood

Greetings to everyone here on Steemit Philippines and the entire Steemit community! It's been six days since my last diary game and I kind of miss posting here. I was caught up by so many things that's why I wasn't able to post. I was busy fixing some bugs.

However, I was glad that I got to wake up early yesterday. I don't know why but I woke up at five in the morning and since my son and wife were still sleeping quietly, I decided to go to the second phase of our village. My car was parked there since we went home late the night before and there were no more parking spaces available near our building.

The guard on duty told me to go to the second phase instead and have my car parked there. I was able to secure a spot but another guard told me that I have to move my car before seven in the morning. Perhaps that reminder made me wake up early.

So, I got up and picked up my camera, walked to the second phase and waited for sunrise, actually, I was trying to take photos of the birds. I was using a wide lens at first then switched to the 85 mm lens instead so I can get some closer shots. It's still challenging, I needed a much more longer lens in taking wild life photos and I don't have one right now. Still, I was glad that I got to take some decent shots instead.

My favorites were those taken with the CCLEX bridge, this was a new express link opened just a week ago. It looked nice from a far plus the view of the birds make it even more interesting!

Cebu is already becoming populated. There are new buildings and skyscrapers being constructed here and there, in just a few months or perhaps year from now, there will be a new view from where I was standing yesterday. Perhaps more tall buildings and establishments will open up.

On the other hand, as I was looking at the view, the beautiful skies, and even the nice weather, I read on Psalm 66:1-2 which states:

Shout for joy to God, all the earth, sing glory of His name; give to Him glourious praise!

This Psalm reminds us to always shout for joy to God. To sing glory of His name and to give Him praise. And it states all the earth, meaning everyone, all of us should do it. But oftentimes, we do not, we usually just sing praise on Sunday services.

So, this is a great reminder for me to make it a priority to praise God in my everyday life. Looking at these beauty around, God's mighty power and sovereignty is magnified. Have you experienced looking at nature or just anything around you and you begin to appreciate the maker of that thing? Let's say a painting, you give praise to the painter. How much more to God who made everything on earth and in heaven?

He deserves the glory!
