Today is Sunday. It's a market day for me. Please come with me and find out what I buy today! 😊
I go out this afternoon together with the wife of my brother. The first thing we do is we go to the bakeshop and buy some bread. I spend Php 50.00 or $1.00 for the bread. There are only few customers. Every customers follow health protocols such as wearing face mask and one meter apart.
After buying bread we go directly to the fruits vendors. I buy some grapes and apples. I spend Php 100.00 or $2.00 for the grapes and Php 50.00 or $1.00 for the apples.
From the fruits vendors, we walk a little more to the wet market. When we arrived at the wet market, there are only few customers and only few fish on sale. Then, I buy some fish. I spend Php 160.00 or $3.20 for the fish.
When done buying fish, we go to the vegetables vendors. I buy some spices and charcoal. I spend Php 35.00 or $.70 for the spices and others.
So far, I spend Php 395.00 or $7.90 all in all. Thanks God my Php 500.00 or $10.00 have a change. 😊 For us to save the fare, we only walk from ny brother's place to the market. It's about 500 meters away and 1km walking back and forth. A good walk we had. 😊 We have save Php 60.00 or $1.20 for the back and forth tricycle fare. 😊
That's what I buy for today's market day of mine. 😊
