We're also planning to conduct a Charity event in the Visayas Region. Here is the link of the proposal of the said event. It's a feeding program targeting 100 Less fortunate families living in a riverside creek of Paknaan Mandaue City, Philippines. A prone to flood area. According to the plan, after the feeding program, they will also give some school supplies and other essentials to the families. This pandemic brings too much disaster as numerous have lost their job. We hope in these little ways we can bring about gladness to those who are really in need.

Steemit Philippines will also help the funding through our SteemPh charity fund according to my co-admin and the founder of this community @loloy2020. I'm also extending my support and help financially for this Charity event.

I emphasized during our FGD that When we feel down, empty and troubled we should always remember that we are not alone. A lot of people loves us and cares for us and it can be from our family, friends or from our significant others. Support groups will always be there to listen to us without judgement. So if you know someone struggling with depression, encourage them gently to seek out options. If they feel guilty or ashamed point out that depression is a medical condition and should be treated equally important with our physical health. It’s not a weakness or a personality trait and they shouldn’t expect themselves to just get over it. Even just talking about depression openly can help. Open conversations about mental illness help erode stigma and make it easier for people to ask for help. We from Alayon-Cdu will always be available to lend an ear. Most of the houses of the constituents are made up of small used wood from the garbage and a tarpaulin as their ceiling or used roofing from another house.
