Happy Tuesday stemmians I was a bit busy and forgot to post the happenings in our barrio. The reason is out of 9 nights of novenarrio we only attend 3 times. We really want to complete the mass but the church is a bit far and if we ride on a trycycle it will cost 30.00 pesos for a one way. This is not reasonable because it's for the church but I know God he always understand his mankind. Even we couldn't complete the nine nights our worship will never fade.

If you read my previous post you'll understand where did I get this beauty pageant for kids. And the rules are the contestant must be a resident of Santa Lucia so it only means that it's exclusive only to our place. You can visit the link and see how great the pageant went.

I got this photos from my friends Facebook account just to show my full support to her. Because it's really hard to put an effort to this kind of pageant. The stress, the hussle the expenses I couldn't imagine myself in this kind of situation even I want my daughters to experience this kind of opportunity. I will if someone will sponsor the things needed. My friends daughter didn't won any award and thats the saddest, but it's a competition there'll a rightful judges that knows who's deserving to win the crown. The important is they put a lot of effort and from them they'll kids will get the courage and inspiration.

The Very First Little Miss Santa Lucia 2022

And now I'm proud to present to our grand champion. You could check the link because her auntie was so touched, she said that the grand winner was hopeless because she was the only left that was not called. But then she cried because of the unexpected award. Her mom was my batch mate in high school.

Every woman's dream is to be appreciated and this kind of moment is so memorable. I adore this young woman because she made it very simple but so special. The others was so extravagant but I understand that they only want the best for their kids. But this girl proves that she will shine even in her simplest looks and attire no hair extensions light make up she just enjoy the pageant and that's matters most. She cried because her hardships were all paid off and her family and friends are sure proud of her.

A competition is not just a competition it has a lot of obstacles to be won others add some dirty rules and it's up to the contenders if they can stand a chance. But this kid not play safe but proves that simplicity is beauty.
