Hello my dear stemmians friends hope you are all fine and doing well. Its been six days ago after we celebrated the new year and remembering it makes me to jump to the next year agad agad. 😅🤦🏻♀️ Why and why? Here's the reasons
Due to continues rain here's the result and the green house you see is my aunts house. Jhen and her twins lived, they are lucky they have a second floor. But we are not lucky as they are because our house is a bungalow type so we have no choice but to sink ourselves into the flood.
FLOOD ADVISORY: Dahil sa patuloy na pagtaas ng tubig sa Angat Dam, nagsagawa ang National Power Corporation (NPC) ng spilling operation kaninang 5:00 PM ng gabi na may initial discharge na 66 cms, maliban sa Angat Dam, Ang Ipo Dam rin ay nagbukas ng isang spillway gate sa kaparehas na oras, at may initial discharge na 66 cms.
Maging alerto at maging handa sa posibleng baha na hatid ng spilling operation ng dalawang dam para sa mga residente natin na nakatira malapit sa tabing-ilog ng Angat River mula sa mga sumusunod na lugar:

Our house is located on a farm before, it was filled with rice field we also had vegetables on our backyard. Like eggplant, sitaw, tomatoes and so on. But after 19 years of being a resident I noticed a sudden change on our place. Every rainy season the water will be fill up and it will not subside it will, but it will not return to its original look. The water is stocked and it caused our place to be called a water world. My husband is still not around so my brother in law checked us just this morning. There's his boat the one with lot's of fish nets, before my husband worked on Manila he is a fisherman and a farmer. But things really changed he took an opportunity to try something new and we all hope for a better life for our family.
Yesterday we don't know about the updates hubbys just called and told us that the recent damns above release their excess water. Hubby told us to be ready and put the things that may get wet at first we are not moving I couldn't believe that as early as January there will be flood on our place. But here it is not welcome but it entered on home.
As the years goes by we dream of having a better life a second floor is our goal. But while it's not yet done we are stronger to face this kind of struggle.
