Banana Cake, ya'll

It's been a long time again! I hope everyone is fine and is blessed still by the Almighty!
How are you all? has life been good to you lately?

My post today will be about the banana cake that I made some time ago.

By the way, I changed my browser and Steem seems lagging in here. I hope it is the internet that does the lag.

To begin with, I prepared and peeled all the lakatan bananas that we have and sliced them into thin cuts. my eldest daughter helped me tend to her siblings so I had a little free time for me to do this.

I used an electric mixer to beat these all up. I used to smash them with a fork but it took longer. I am so much happy that my husband took the initiative of finding ways to make my work faster

I mixed eggs and flour and made the mixture. Everything went smoothly and easily with the help of the electric mixer.

Who knew taking pictures of broken eggs looks amazing?

So after I prepared a mixture for one batch, I immediately put it inside the convection oven. Lucky me my sister let me borrow her oven. She got it for free: it was sponsored by a huge company because back when the pandemic is still unknown, she enrolled herself in a culinary school, a vocational one I guess it was in TESDA or somewhat TESDA-connected.

After 45 minutes inside at a 180-degree Celsius temperature, the mixture was fully cooked and looked wonderful! oh, I remember the smell of the freshly baked banana cake and it made me crave for one now.

The sides of the cake are imperfect and I care less because it was all for eating only. The looks do not matter but I realized that I need to do it perfectly so that when time allows, I will be able to make it as a business. Who knows?

And while I was waiting for another batch of cakes to cook, I and my kids are having a bonding time. I still even haven't my teeth pued out at this time. Just don't mind my teeth. Chielly flexed her new hair ties, I made the curls through crochet and she liked it co much. Czak even made his diapers his cap or bonnet pretending it was raining at that time.

I was so glad that I caught a picture of this wonderful moment of my life, I hope Steem will be keeping this one and I'd be looking back at this with teary eyes for joy.

Thsi would be all I hope you'll be safe always.
