Hello Steemit friends, I am here again and I am so happy to have come back.
Let me share with you these random pictures that I took on September 9th last year.
I have been keeping the pictures that I took from my phone on the office desktop so I could delete them from my phone and still be able to get back to it whenever the time favors like now.
It was Ma'am Girlie's birthday and since it was still at the peak of the pandemic, she chose to buy a packed lunch to treat us all to her birthday. She is one of the pioneers in the company where I work so she may be highly paid and was able to afford all of these and mind you, she bought almost 30 packed lunches so it must have cost a fortune. But despite that, she still did it and it was very kind of her.
Earlier that day, I was so proud of wearing my handmade triangular shawl named virus shawl. Don't get me wrong, but the name of the pattern was called virus and so does the shawl.
I love free food so I am so happy to have received a free lunch prior to that lunch break because I did not have cash with me, and it's a big saving already.
After lunch, nothing so special happened, just the old routine of doing and finishing all the office work and finally, the best part of the day happened. The afternoon came and soon the sunset, and it made the view around look even more beautiful, picturesque, in fact.
But when the evening came and I walked on this side of the road in the heart of our barangay, I was, well I do not know how to call that feeling, just imagine that you were me and you see the following: A huge sack of garbage were put just below the "dilini basurahan" sign. I wonder how you would feel bout this one? Do the man that put this here can not read or he was just also d*** and he does not even care?
Here is a zoomed-out picture of the signal and the garbage.
After a few steps, I was bewildered by this: lots of motorcycles parked in a " no parking on the left and right sign" It is funny how people violate rules especially when no one is looking r when no uniformed personnel were watching them, right?
But what can I do with these men? They are busy making a living but somehow they forget or neglect some rules, and this is a sad reality in our community.
This would be all for now, thank you so much for being with me. Keep safe!
