As a female child during puberty changes can come as a surprise to you so we are giving you some tips and highlights to expect but remember that everyone has different times they experience a sign and not everyone experiences the same kind of signs.
Today I have made a list of some changes that happens during puberty I'll be giving out only 5 (five) today and reserve the rest for another day.
1: Growing Very Fast
This means that most of the things you usually wear won't fit anymore, at first they'll be feeling too tight on you then later they might be smaller or bigger than you depending on the body shape you are changing to.
2. Big Breast
Your breast develops in stages, at first you may noticea swelling underneath your nipples but after that it will grow bigger and fuller, take note that everyone has a different kind of breast but the feeling are almost the same and it takes 2 to 3 years to get to the permanent size.
3. Discharge
Have you ever felt your undies somehow wet sometimes? Have you seen any yellowish or white stuff in you underwears when you take them off?
That what they call discharge, it is normal and also a sign that you will probably start seeing your period and also it is the fluid that your body produces to naturally cleans and protect your vigina from infections.
4. Your Period
This is the sign that your on the track to puberty, the prediction is challeenging for the first two years, you might see it today and boom it will take another 6 months to show up and during this time you might have period for over 10days and sometimes just one day.
It will take 1 or 2 years for your period to be stable and once it is stable it will come in every month and last for a minimum of 2days and maximum of 10days.
5. More Sweat
Sometimes you just get hot and start sweating even when the environment is cold, it is because you are having a larger sweat glands and more active. This is really a good time to get a deodorant.
We know during this stage it is difficult and confusing to wanna talk to anyone more especially your parents but it is also the best time to build good relationship with your mom.
We also want to give you a piece of advice, During this processes do not engage in any sexual activity with the opposite gender to avoid unwanted pregnancy.
